How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return or refund.
Are returns free?
Yes, if your socks are defective, damaged, or the size you ordered doesn’t fit. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or quantity by mistake, you’ll cover the return shipping.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item for store credit and place a new order.
Can I return worn socks?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How will I receive my refund or credit?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. You can also request store credit to place a new order.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within three (3) business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Are sale items refundable?
No. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
How do gift returns work?
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the returned item. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Refund & Return Policy (Full)
At Pro-Tect, we take pride in the quality of our socks and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Our policy allows you to request a return or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at (800) 849-3753 for return instructions or email us at sales@crawfordknitting.com. We’ll be happy to assist you with your return.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we kindly ask that you return your original item for store credit and place a new order.
Returns are free of charge if your socks arrive defective, damaged, or if the size you ordered doesn’t fit. However, if you ordered the wrong size, color, or quantity by mistake, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or used socks. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method, or provide store credit instead so you can make another purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within three (3) business days of approval, though your bank or card provider may require additional time before the funds are visible in your account. If you have not received your refund within a reasonable period, please check with your bank or card provider, and then contact us at support@pro-tectsocks.com if further assistance is needed.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you received an item as a gift that was marked as such and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Unless your socks are defective, damaged, or the size does not fit, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Liability & Limitations
Pro-Tect is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments, delays caused by postal or courier services, or items returned without proper tracking. We are also not liable for any normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
